Five Of 14 Lynnfield Deed Transfers Disclose Price This Period, Topping $1.5 Million
Essex County Registry records show 14 Lynnfield property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only five disclosed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $674,000 to $1,525,000, with a median of $1,052,500. The period's top disclosed sale was 10 Durham Drive at $1,525,000, sold by Walter H. Riester Jr., trustee, to Paul F. Snell. All nine undisclosed-price transfers involved a grantor and grantee sharing a surname or trust name, suggesting family or trust transfers, while all five disclosed sales were between unrelated parties. The mix of condo and lot-designated units in most transactions limits a broader read on single-family home values this period.
