Lynnfield Home Sale Prices Top $1.2 Million Median In Late-Summer Deed Records
Essex County deed records show 15 property transfers in Lynnfield between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, though only eight listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $740,000 to $1,690,877, with a median of $1,225,000. The period's highest-priced transaction was a $1,690,877 sale of a condominium unit at 1 Quigley Circle, sold by Toll Northeast V Corp to Robert M. Tashjian as trustee. Nearly half the recorded transfers carried no disclosed price, several of them transfers between family members or into a trust rather than open-market sales, limiting how much the raw sales count reveals about buying and selling activity in town.
