The month's top sale was 25 Fairway Lane at $1,767,755, sold by Toll Northeast V Corp to Peter Simblaris, one of two Fairway Lane sales from the same seller. Most of the unpriced deeds appear to be transfers between individuals and trusts or estates of the same family name. The mix of condominium units and single-family subdivision lots suggests a varied, moderately active month rather than a single dominant trend.
