Lynnfield Home Sales Top $1.7 Million as Nearly Half of August Deeds Carry No Price
Fifteen Lynnfield property deeds were recorded between July 31 and Aug. 29. Eight carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $515,000 to $1,767,755, with a median of $1,355,500; the other seven listed no price. The month's top sale was 25 Fairway Lane at $1,767,755, sold by Toll Northeast V Corp to Peter Simblaris, one of two Fairway Lane sales from the same seller. Most of the undisclosed-price deeds appear to be transfers between individuals and trusts or estates of the same family name. The mix of condominium units and single-family subdivision lots suggests a varied, moderately active month rather than a single dominant trend.
