Prices ranged from $1.15 million at 2 Rourke Lane to $4.6 million at 9 Tuttle Lane, with a median of $1.4 million. The month's top sale was 9 Tuttle Lane, Lot 5, at $4.6 million, sold by Orr Homes LLC to Emma I. Tracia, as trustee. Nine of the 15 sales carried "Lot" designations suggesting new-construction activity, and four were same-family or trust transfers with no price disclosed. No single street recorded more than one sale during the period.
