Top Lynnfield Sale Hits $1.78 Million as Eight of 15 Deeds Carry No Disclosed Price
Lynnfield recorded 15 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12. Seven deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $940,000 to $1,784,384, with a median of $1,250,000. The period's top sale was 21 Fairway Lane, Unit 52, a new-construction condominium unit sold by Toll Northeast V Corp for $1,784,384 on Sept. 9. Eight of the 15 deeds carried no disclosed price; each of those involved a grantor and grantee sharing the same or a related surname, several naming the grantee as trustee, a pattern consistent with intra-family or estate-planning transfers. No street recorded more than one sale during the period.
