Fifteen Lynnfield property deeds were recorded between July 31 and Aug. 29. Eight carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $515,000 to $1,767,755, with a median of $1,355,500; the other seven listed no price. The month's top sale was 25 Fairway Lane at $1,767,755, sold by Toll Northeast V Corp
