Fairview Avenue Sale Tops $1.95 Million as Lynnfield Deeds Pile Up
Essex County's registry recorded 13 Lynnfield property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Six carried a sale price so far, ranging from $910,000 to $1,950,000, with a median of $1,682,469 among those six. The period's top recorded sale was 35 Fairview Ave. at $1,950,000, sold by 55 Mansfield Road LLC to Hung M. Le. Two condominium units at Quigley Circle, sold by the same developer, also ranked among the highest prices. Seven of the 13 deeds moved property into trusts, most without a price yet on record and most showing matching or related grantor and grantee names.
