Lynnfield home sales top out near $2 million as trust transfers dominate deed volume
Lynnfield recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only six carried a sale price in registry data so far, ranging from $840,000 to $1,950,000 with a median of $1,103,500. The month's top sale was 35 Fairview Ave. at $1,950,000, followed by 7 Quigley Circle Unit 46 at $1,714,939. Eight of the 14 deeds were transfers between family members or into trusts and have no price on record yet. With more than half of the month's volume tied to those non-market transfers, the six priced sales offer only a partial read on buyer demand this period.
